Erica Anderson, MS
Erica Anderson is an accomplished higher education administrator with more than 20 years of college transition and academic advising experience working with diverse student populations. Her work has been published as a best practice by the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). Since 1996 she has instructed workshops and courses on Study Skills, Success Strategies, Students in Transition, and Academic Success for diverse populations of college aged adults. In addition, she was the recipient of the Presidential Excellence Award at Rutgers University in 2005.
She earned her BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice from SUNY-Albany in 1990 and her MS in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College in 1996.
Dean Anderson currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Scholastic Standing and Retention at Rutgers University.
